At Sitwell Junior School, we are deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where exemplary behaviour sits at the heart of productive learning.

Here at Sitwell, we recognise that behaviour is a curriculum and, like any curriculum, one that requires teaching. We achieve this through our Behaviour Blueprint, a clear one-page framework that guides our staff in implementing our proactive approach to behaviour, rooted in consistency, routines and relationships.Together, we adhere to three simple yet powerful rules: Ready, Respectful and Safe (RRS).

We maintain the highest of expectations of everyone in our school community, supporting all children in demonstrating self-discipline and taking responsibility for their actions.Echoing our core Sitwell 7 Values, we place a heavy emphasis on respect, working in partnership with parents, and providing dynamic support for our learners.

Through our value-led approach whereby we teach and reinforce exemplary behaviour, we enable all children to thrive, achieve highly and fulfill their potential.
